Chris G. Macris
Mr. Macris, co-founder and CTO, has 13 years of experience
in research and engineering design, intellectual property development, entrepreneurship,
and business development and management. He is active in several professional engineering
organizations and is highly regarded for his scientific acumen and broad industry knowledge.
Mr. Macris previously founded and led Xavier Technology, a provider of computer
network test equipment. He holds 7 patents and has 2 more pending. Mr. Macris has
a B.Sc. in General Science from Seattle University.

Michael T. Harris
Mr. Harris joined the Company's Advisory Board in
January 2004. He is currently the Principal of Harris Embedded Solutions, which provides
Northwest representation for STI, a provider of semiconductors, and for Radius Power, a
manufacturer of magnetic components with offices in Orange California and manufacturing
in India. Previously, he held various senior Sales, Marketing, and Operations positions
at several firms, including Fidelity Northwest and Force Computers, a Solectron Company.
Prior to that Mr. Harris served as the VP Sales for Radar Electric and managed three of
its Northwest facilities.
He is a graduate of the Electronics Engineering School of the
United States Marine Corp, where he served honorably as a specialist in the repair and
maintenance of RF and Crypto communication equipment. Mr. Harris's extensive experience
includes hands-on field engineering and sales at major OEM accounts, management of
field and inside sales forces, and development and implementation of sales and marketing
strategies covering a diverse range of electronics from discrete components to multi-million
gate ASICs.
In his career, Mr. Harris has represented a veritable who's who of high
technology companies, including Lattice Semiconductor, Maxim Components, Harris
Semiconductor, International Rectifier, and VLSI.

Christopher B. Leyerle
Mr. Leyerle, President since May 2004, has
previously held the positions of Vice President of Finance and of Business Development and
COO since joining the Company in November 2002. Since 1993 Mr. Leyerle has been the
managing partner of the Leyerle Family LLC, and active in a broad spectrum of charitable
and civic boards. Prior to then, and starting in January 1982, Mr. Leyerle was employed at
Microsoft, serving as Development Manager from 1988 and Senior Systems Software
Design Engineer since 1987. Mr. Leyerle has B.A. degrees in Applied Mathematics
and in Philosophy, both from Harvard University. He has generated 2 patents, and
serves on the Board of Directors of another private corporation.

Susan L. (Sue) Mackey
Ms. Mackey has served on the Company's Advisory
Board since October 2002, and has been an informal advisor to the Company for
many years prior. Since 1990, Ms. Mackey has been Principal of The Mackey Group,
a national leader in the development of performance/skills standards and related
competency-based management instruments used in government, private enterprise and
academia.
From 1972 Ms. Mackey has been a business development consultant and successful
business owner in such diverse fields as banking, travel, production, distribution and
training both nationally and internationally. She is a published author and business columnist,
and has been both a keynote speaker and lecturer at national conferences.
Ms. Mackey serves on many boards, including the European Union Policy Advisory Board,
the President's Small Business Advisory Board, the Board of Advisors of Seattle University's
Albers School of Business, and formerly, the Security Bank of Ohio.

W. M. (Bill) McCullough
Mr. McCullough joined the Company's Advisory Board in
September 2002 after a distinguished 37-year career at the Boeing Company. From 1997
until his retirement in 1999 Mr. McCullough served as Vice President of Information
and Surveillance Systems, successfully completing over $500M in sales. Previously he
served as Design Engineer, Program Manager, Program Director and Director of Research
before rising to Defense and Space Group Vice President of Business Development in 1994.
During his career, Mr. McCullough has managed both large and small organizations, and
been a key innovator in integrated circuits, avionics, business development, research,
design, production, and sales. Mr. McCullough has a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from
New Mexico State University where he is an active member of the Electrical and Computer
Engineering Academy, and a Distinguished Alumni honoree. He additionally earned a M.Sc.
in Systems Management from the University of Southern California.

Ishaque S. Mehdi
Mr. Mehdi, a member of Enerdyne's Advisory Board since November 2004, is a senior
professional electrical engineer with more than 40 years of experience at the Boeing
Company. Currently Chief Engineer in Boeing's Phantom Works Unit, Mr. Mehdi has held
numerous senior technical and managerial positions in the Military Airplane Division
of Boeing DS&G, Boeing Commercial Airplane Group in Everett, the BCAG Engineering
Division, and the Space & Communications Group.
His broad expertise includes design, development and manufacturing in such diverse
areas as systems/subsystems technology, electrical and mechanical power and storage
systems, human systems integration, vehicle management, and electrical engineering.
Mr. Mehdi has contributed broadly across Boeing's commercial, space, and military
units and has experience in new business acquisition, applying for and winning
government grants, and technology transition from R&D to production.
Mr. Mehdi earned a B.S. in Physics from Andhra University in Waltair, India before
coming to the United States where his advanced academic credentials include a B.Sc.
in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida, and both a M.Sc. in
Electrical Engineering and a M.B.A. from Seattle University. He is the author
of numerous technical papers, and has been frequently published in SAE, IECEC,
and IEEE proceedings and journals.

William L. Valenti
Mr. Valenti joined the Company's Advisory Board in
April 2003. He is co-founder/CEO of venture-funded Melodeo which provides downloadable
content and rights management for wireless devices. He was previously the CEO of
HEEDworks, an innovative provider of patented financing for affordable housing, and
the CEO of Hutchison Mediator, a mobile multi-media software company.
From April 2000 to September 2001, he was CEO of Viatru Inc. (previously known as World2Market.com),
connecting artisan communities in developing countries with U.S. retailers. Prior to
Viatru, Mr. Valenti co-founded and served as first CEO of Tegic Communications, the
developer of a proprietary text-input technology for cellular phones and PDA devices
(named T9) that he helped license to worldwide manufacturers; after America Online
acquired Tegic in December 1999, Mr. Valenti became a VP of Business Development at
AOL.
Before Tegic, he co-founded New Pacific Partners, an investment bank helping U.S.
companies expand their business in Asia. He began his career with Chemical Bank and
Riggs Bank, doing business in Korea, Japan, and Hong Kong, and working with multi-lateral
financial institutions such as World Bank, IFC, Asia Development Bank, USAID, etc.
He is a graduate of the American Graduate School of International Management and holds
undergraduate degrees from Temple University and American University in Paris. Mr. Valenti
lived and worked in various Asian countries for almost two decades and is conversant in
Mandarin Chinese, Korean, and Japanese.
