Enerdyne Solutions has been selected as a presenting company at the Early Stage Investment Forum (ESIF) hosted by the Northwest Entrepreneur Network (NWEN) and held on Wednesday, April 20, 2005 at the Bell Harbor Conference Center in Seattle. Separately, the Company is exploring alternatives with individuals and organizations to raise additional equity capital consistent with its growth, plans, and opportunities.

The Company is also interested in establishing partnering arrangements with companies in selected industries, particularly those who would directly benefit by being an early adopter of Indigo or Polara technology.
